Trainer’s Note
Every drill we teach is built from real-world law enforcement and military experience—so you’re prepared when it matters most.
With over 15 years in law enforcement, Melvin Jumper exemplifies leadership, discipline, and dedication to public safety. Currently a Maritime Enforcement Specialist in the U.S. Coast Guard, he also serves with the Ewing Township Police Department as a certified Drug Recognition Expert (DRE). A seasoned field trainer and Defensive Tactics Instructor at the New Jersey Police Academy, Jumper draws on his decade of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu experience to enhance officer readiness. Beyond duty, he mentors youth through local wrestling programs, promoting discipline and teamwork in his community.
